How to choose a recycled golf ball?

It's hard for beginners to find the right golf ball, especially with the multitude of models available on the market. Indeed, there's something for every taste and budget (the price of a golf ball ranges from 1€ to 5€). What's more, balls are made up of several layers that influence your game: control of trajectory, distance and ball spin.

As ball size and weight are standardized, there's only one thing to worry about: the right compromise between distance, backspin and feel. If you're a beginner, we recommend 2-layer golf balls, which will be more economical and give you the beginnings of a feel for the ball. For advanced players, we recommend a 2/3-layer ball. Finally, for players with handicaps below an index of 10, we recommend 3/4/5-layer golf balls, since they are preferable in terms of compression, feel and depth control.

There are also recycled or second-hand golf balls that can be used for friendly play. These balls are collected on the course to give them a second life. These balls are of lower quality than new ones, so they're less expensive, which is why big ball consumers prefer to play with inexpensive balls. With our lightweight golf balls, you can work on your swing in your own backyard, since they cover 30% of the real distance.

Espace Golf offers a selection of new and recycled golf balls, from tees, as well as all the accessories you need to customize and maintain them.
